Meet The Edens
We opened our doors in October of 2017, with our 6 month old in tow. Eden is our last name. We thrive on word of mouth and have a great neighbourhood following.
A photograph circa 1956 of Bob Eden is on the wall overlooking the bar – where if he could would be sitting everyday mesmerizing the patrons with his sense of humour. Papa Joe stops in once in a while to make sure we’ve got everything under control. It’s a family business and we truly LOVE what we do.
Come by. Say hi. Eat. Drink.

There’s always something new happening at The Eden. From artists filling the space with fresh work, musicians taking over for an evening, exciting collaborations, new cocktails or features.
Sarah Bethany Bolen
My work consists of primarily the study of Death; the endless questions I have and an unending curiosity of the unknown. This becomes translated into Life; bright and questionable colour combination, repetition, patterning and serious contemplation about letting go and just playing. I have an unshakeable need to release my life experiences out to the world via artwork – painting, installations, interior and wallpaper/textile design.
I have no choice in the matter of making art, it has existed within me forever. So, I must.

Kitchen Confidential
Good food doesn’t need to shout. In my kitchen, we take good things we know, cook them properly, and let them speak for themselves – a bit French, a bit prairie and entirely our own. Nothing too precious, nothing dressed up too much. Just honest cooking with a little finesse, the kind of food you can settle into and come back for.
I’ve always believed the best meals are meant to be shared, enjoyed and remembered – simple food, done right.
